Week 5 was another great weekend in Thunder Nation!

This past weekend, was another great weekend in Thunder Nation;

Our Tyke (6-8) team, was the only Thunder team on the road, in Brampton and had an impressive 24-0 win over the Brampton Bulldogs Tyke team. Thunder standout players were, Defensively, OLB Rog-Jonn Hewitt Osbourne-Thomas who had a sack, over ten tackles, many of those tackles were tackles for loss and Offensively RB Jaylin Grant.

Our Atom (9-10) team, defeated the Etobicoke Eagles Atom team 26-7. Thunder standout player was QB Brayden Chuck who once again led his team to victory with 3 touchdowns and outstanding control of the offense who scored on every possession.

Our Peewee (11-12) team, beat Oshawa Hawkeyes Peewee team, 40-20. Thunder standout players were, RB/LB Miles Spencer-Gabriel who had 3 rushing touchdowns, over 150 yards rushing and a bunch of tackles on defense and Kamarie Malcolm who also had 3 rushing touchdowns, over 150 yards rushing and an interception on defense.

Our Bantam (13-14) team, beat the Oshawa Hawkeyes Bantam team 30-0. Thunder standout players were the entire team for their amazing second half. After enduring a 75 minute storm delay, the defense came out and played lights out all over the field securing their third shut out of the season. The offense came out on fire and scored 24 points in the half, mixing it up with both running and passing the ball.

Our Jr. Varsity (15-16) team lost a tough one, 35-21 at home to the Oshawa Hawkeyes Jr. Varsity team. Thunder standout players were; Offensively, RB Dante Jean-Noel, Defensively, MLB James Parchment and DB Jekobe Smith.

Our Sr. Varsity (17-19) team, defeated the Oshawa Hawkeyes Sr. Varsity team, 14-11. Thunder standout players were; Defensively, DE Kelon Thomas and OLB Jeremiah Marriott and Offensively, WR Kiondre Smith who also had a Special Teams, Punt Return Touchdown.
