ALL Players interested in playing OVFL need to register prior to the tryouts which start Monday February 7th 2011 6:30pm. Cost of the Tryouts is $125.00 NON-REFUNDABLE and will require Equipment as the tryouts are full contact. Equipment handouts will be done at the Metro Golf Dome, 125 Milner Ave. during February at the tryouts and will require an Equipment Deposit Cheque. House League fees are $300.00 payable at registration- House League Indoor Training will start 3rd week in February, location to be finalized.

Equipment deposit: An equipment deposit will now be required prior to any player receiving SMFA equipment. The deposit will be made in the form of a post-dated cheque in the amount of $500.00. The cheque will be returned to the registrant un-cashed upon return of all SMFA equipment on loan to the player. If a player fails to return the equipment by the date required, the cheque will be cashed and monies collected to cover the replacement of SMFA equipment.

Players who are selected for the OVFL Teams MUST have the season Fee of $500 paid by May 1st 2011.

PLAYERS WHO HAVE OUTSTANDING FEES FROM 2010 OR OUTSTANDING EQUIPMENT FROM 2010 MUST CLEAR THESE UP TO BE IN GOOD STANDNG BEFORE BEING ALLOWED TO REGISTER FOR 2011.

Players who require a payment plan MUST have these approved by the Board by January 31st 2011. Please submit requests to info@scarboroughthunderfootball.com Payment plans for the OVFL Season fees will require a $100 Deposit for January 31st, and $100 per month through May.

*** Effective for the 2011 Season ALL Registrations will be charged a $75.00 Volunteer FEE. This FEE will be waived (must supply a $75.00 cheque as security) if you sign up for one of the Volunteer Position listed on the sign up sheet at registration, positions are limited so be sure to sign up early. Once the Volunteer position have been filled up you MUST pay the fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU SIGN UP BUT FAIL TO FULFILL YOUR OBLIGATION YOUR $75.00 CHEQUE WILL BE CASHED!

SMFA FEE POLICY
OVFL- Bantam, Junior and Senior Varsity:
Ø This incorporates insurance, training facility and administrative cost.
Ø No practicing until tryout Fee ($125.00) is paid.
Ø Final fee ($500.00) is due no later than May 1st. All players who make the team receive no refund.
COMFL- Atom, Peewee and Bantam:
Ø This incorporates insurance and outdoor training.
Ø No practicing until deposit ($200.00) is paid.
Ø COMFL team limit rules: Due to the increased interest in program, the SMFA has limited the maximum roster to 40 players per team.
Ø Final Fee ($400.00) is due no later than August 15th. All players who make the team receive no refund.
House League Tackle: $300.00 no refunds after the second practice
Ø This incorporates insurance, uniform, outdoor training and games.
Ø No practicing until fee($300.00) is paid in full.
